Diamond Engineering, Inc. - Lansing, MI
Diamond Engineering began operating in 1993 designing products and tooling in a variety of disciplines including parts intended for plastic injection, die casing, stamping, sand casting, and foamed rubber molding. In the late 1990’s we expanded into providing the associated molds, dies, fixtures, and automated assembly equipment along with producing injection molded products. Our business model has evolved into a hybrid of both domestic and offshore production, producing the end products in the most cost effective method available while maintaining the integrity and quality of the products involved. Our manufacturing knowledge provides support to companies wishing to bring products to market but lack the ability to optimize product design, tooling design, assembly machine design or to stay within budget and maintain production volumes. We take napkin sketch ideas through full production, providing vital services in markets where downsizing and a loss of knowledgeable personnel have made it more difficult for companies to remain competitive in world markets. Diamond Engineering specializes in product design, plastic injection, mold design, injection mold build, and injection molding up to 300 ton. Products are mostly recreational vehicle and off road vehicle products.
